I did a road test on this potential Cowboy Carter ‘fit and I give the skirt, which is actually a skort, a 10/10. It has two layers of printed skirt, and a cotton pair of baggy short shorts underneath. I am bummed that I may not get to wear them due to unseasonably cool temps this week, but my backup pants do not disappoint. Hope to see you there!
