The Penny Pull-On Flares are among the finest flares in all the land, so when I saw the FP x Anna Sui collection, I knew I had to make these mine. They are even more beautiful than I imagined, and they pair so well with my wardrobe. What makes the Penny so special? They are comfortable and truly flared. Some reviews complain that they are long, however, I have other pairs of Penny’s that are shorter than these. Either way, I am 5’4″ and took my true size 29 and they barely graze the floor with heeled boots on. I probably won’t have them hemmed, as I feel the length adds to the vibe. It’s looking like the vibe these days is Y2K x 70’s thanks to my current obsession with watching Daisy Jones & The Six (even though I am already feeling like the book is better).
