Here are 5 ways to grow your hair faster:

Prenatal Vitamins

I swear by these. Not only do they help my hair grow, they also keep my fingernails long and strong. I am also convinced they keep my skin glowing more than the actual pregnancy part.

Eat Collagen

Collagen promotes hair growth and strength, and it is absorbed best by the body in liquid form. I drink bone broth once per week, usually homemade from chicken bones simmered with some salt and pepper, garlic, mirepoix, and a bay leaf. You can also buy it from most grocery stores like Whole Foods. It is also delicious and boosts the immune system.

Take Biotin

I highly recommend these gummies to grow your hair and improve texture. I notice a significant shedding reduction when I am taking these, so they also help with retention and mane fullness. Just be sure to check with your doctor before taking these or any supplements.

Heat At A Minimum

There is no question that heating your hair breaks your strands, so keep heating your hair to a minimum. Let it air dry whenever possible (what is the point of blow drying in 90 degree heat anyway?), and limit the amount of flat ironing and wanding to special occasions like nights out.
