In case you missed it, I mentioned yesterday that sweater dresses are one of my favorite things this season, and this Madewell Introduction Dress is just everything one should be. It’s merino wool so it’s warm, but it’s soft and delightfully chunky and slouchy, and it’s been on repeat more times than I should probably admit. It definitely helps that it looks great with heels, booties, and boots and leaves room for The Wulfie Cub. I opted for these vintage acme boots on this particular day because these photos were shot in the middle of a long walk. I wanted to shoot in front of this amazing door because it, like this outfit, reminds me of the annual trip we take with a group of friends to Park City Utah to ski and revel during the Sundance Film Festival where my birthday usually falls. I had to sit this year out for the cub (I was advised against skiing and hot-tubing), so I’ll be celebrating in a much more low key way locally with slight case of FOMO.
