Sometimes, only an all-black-everything ensemble will do. These are some of my favorite black basics, including my favorite cashmere sweater that was my mom’s in the 80’s. It’s amazing double ply, so soft and warm and still magically has no pills or holes even though I’ve been wearing it since middle school. I’ve had these Frye 8R moto boots since college, and they only get better with age. Sometimes the best pieces in your closet are the ones with the most stories.
