5 Reasons You Need To Shop The Jonathan Adler Warehouse Sale

Jonathan Adler Radcliffe Etagere

If you’re a Jonathan Adler fan, drop everything you’re doing and read this right now. The Warehouse Sale is BACK starting tomorrow (Friday 3/3) at 8:30 AM at 885 E 138th Street, Bronx, New York. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. It is the best home decor sale on the planet, and the only sale I’ve ever left regretting that I didn’t buy more. What do you call the opposite of buyers remorse?

Anyway, I’m sharing my favorite finds and the 5 reasons you need to shop the Jonathan Adler warehouse sale TOMORROW!

  1. Furniture. Jonathan Adler Radcliffe EtagereI got this $2,800 Radcliffe Etagere for $100. Yes, $100. I have been kicking myself for not getting a second, so I will be looking for another. This time, I will be there at or before the sale opens at 8:30, and making a beeline for the back of the warehouse where the furniture will be for a very short time before it is all snatched up.

2. Chairs. I know, I know. Chairs ARE furniture. BUT the chair deals at this sale are too good not to mention on their own. Jonathan Adler Chippendale Arm ChairCase in point: I bagged this Chippendale Arm Chair for $25. Seriously, this $845 chair was $25! They had some insanely fabulous dining chairs as well, but if you’re looking to get several of the same you better be there as soon as the sale opens.Jonathan Adler Chippendale Lounge ChairThese recently discontinued $2,000 Chippendale Lounge Chairs were $400 a pop. They put a second one out on the floor after I had already paid and was leaving. I regret not staying to get it, but luckily I was able to track down a floor model at the Biltmore store in Arizona. Big thanks to store manager Thomas Fischer for selling it and shipping it to me at a huge discount.

3. Pottery. JA is most well known for his beautiful, cheeky pottery. You will find no shortage of it at the warehouse sale, most of it priced between $20-$80. Jonathan Adler Fibs and Secrets JarsThese Fibs and Secrets cannisters were on my wish list forever, and were only $30 a piece. I’d been wanting a pair of the now discontinued Studded Charade Lamps FOREVER and was able to get one at the first warehouse sale, and a second one at sale #2. Originally $395, they were $60 each.Jonathan Adler Studded Charade LampLampshades are sold separately for $5-$20 and there are plenty. There are also chandeliers at deep discounts.

5. Barware. You could outfit an entire bar with exquisite JA pieces for under $100. I scored the Newport Ice Bucket (which is currently on backorder!) and matching decanter. Both pieces were under $50.

The warehouse guys are absolute dolls and will wrap and pack your pieces and bring them out to your car so be sure to bring cash to tip them. If you don’t bring your own Uhaul, they have very reasonable delivery rates.

See you there!
