I wore this outfit to my birthday night out with girlfriends this past weekend in my hometown of Manhattan. I had the best birthday, surrounded by the women who have loved and supported me, some over multiple decades, and I could not be more thankful to have them in my life. A few of us kept the party going the next day on my actual birthday at my favorite spa in Tribeca, then I came home to my babies to watch Lukey pass his orange belt test then celebrated with a family dinner out. My husband surprised me over the weekend with a massage at an fabulous spa followed by an incredible dinner and a hotel stay. My favorite author’s new pre-ordered book arrived and I spent every second I could devouring it fireside. The best gift of all was a positive report from my daughter’s cardiologist after an agonizing week of waiting. We can breathe again and reboot. I am so grateful and so relieved.
