The Best Semi-permanent Hair Color

dpHUE Gloss+ Semi-permanent Hair Color and Deep Conditioner

For a multitude of reasons, I spent the better half of the season coloring my hair myself. I have had grey hair since my pre-teen years and need a root job every 4-6 weeks. My DIY dye job was fine enough, but my blonde balyage was in need. There was absolutely no chance I would attempt to highlight my own hair, so I researched alternatives.

That is how I happened upon the best semi-permanent hair color.

I am already a devotee of dpHue’s root touch up kit, so I was not surprised that the Gloss+ Semi-permanent Hair Color and Deep Conditioner was what my highlights needed for a boost. I put it only on my highlighted pieces (I have the light blonde color) in the shower after washing and leave it on for 10 minutes. It definitely gets on non highlighted hair, and it has not changed the darker strands. After that, my highlights look brighter, blonder, and my hair is softer and smoother and full of shine. Best of all, I’ve already used it four times and there are at least three more applications left. It’s so good I may get the colorless gloss for my whole head. I love it with my whole heart.

Get it here.
