Happy National Dessert Day! I know I am not alone in saying that I never baked as much as I did during the winter phase of quarantine. Easy Flourless Peanut Butter Jelly Cookies

When I needed a potty training bribe for my middle child, these flourless peanut butter cookies were just the ticket. Strangely enough, my kids have never had peanut butter and jelly sandwiches but still love the combo in this cookie form.

The Best Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever

There is truly nothing more nostalgic than a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie…well, except for these chocolate chip cookies. I adapted this version from the baking queen, Sam, of Sugarspunrun. If you’re looking for dessert recipes or perfect pizza dough, she’s your girl. I’m merely a novice.
