Happy Makeup Monday! We need to talk about brows, now. Having long been a former Anastasia Diprow user turned Benefit Cosmetics Gimme Brow Volumizing Fiber Gel convert, I knew I needed to try the new key-BROW! Cream-Gel Eyebrow Color. I had recently referred a friend to Gimme Brow, and the olive skinned big brow loving beauty reported back that the only drawback was that the gel was not as bold as she would like. Truly the only downside is that the pigment of the gel may not be enough for those craving more color or needing to fill sparse areas.
ka-BROW truly fills the spaces left by Gimme Brow, especially in this area. The pigment is very saturated, so you don’t need much to even out scarce spots. That being said, the heavy handed or brow-shy may want to stick with Gimme Brow. The new ka-BROW formula reminds me a lot of Diprow, however it does not have the tacky quality and lack of attached applicator, which were the main reasons I turned for Gimme Brow in the first place. I love the precise brush that comes attached to the top of the ka-BROW cap. As of now, I’m keeping both in my beauty arsenal, because I love Gimme Brow for quick application and on-the-go touch ups, but I might be making the permanent switch to ka-BROW for it’s rich long lasting pigment, precise brush, and value in number of uses (which is where ka-BROW also wins big over its predecessor).
I love this gift set for the Becky with the good brows in your life.
How are you grooming your brows these days? Do tell!
