Dress (worn as a skirt): c/o Haute Hippie (also love the skirt version). Sweater: c/o Haute Hippie (similar here). Shoes: Giuseppe Zanotti. Tablecloth: Target.

Ever wonder what to wear to a holiday house party? I collaborated with fellow blogger Tiffany Lee of Living in Heels to share two easy, comfy festive holiday house party looks. I wore a backwards chunky, slouchy, ribbed sweater backwards over this amazing Haute Hippie ostrich hem feather dress and finished it off with some fun leopard shoes. Why backwards? The front had a great v-neck, which matched up perfectly with the v-back of the dress. Great minds think alike, because Tiffany turned up in animal print pumps, too. For a holiday house party, outfits should incorporate fancy and causal elements. The look should be elevated but shouldn’t be too cocktail formal, which is why I love the slouchy sweater over the feathered dress, and Tiffany’s flowy tank over sparkly pants. See her outfit details here.

What are you wearing to your next holiday house party?
